Frank Killen tossed a complete game and Tom Leahy had 4 hits and 5 RBI as the
Pittsburg Pirates outscored the Baltimore Orioles 16 to 10.

Leahy made sure the Pittsburg fans enjoyed themselves.  He ripped a base-hit
bringing home two baserunners in the 1st inning, doubled plating two runs in
the 3rd inning, slapped a one-base hit which plated a run in the 5th inning
and banged out a single in the 7th inning.  Pittsburg lit up the scoreboard
in the 1st inning when they had 5 runs on 3 hits.  Pittsburg banged out 19
hits on the afternoon.  

The winning pitcher was Killen(12-10) who allowed 10 runs for the game. Arlie
Pond(11-3) was hit with the loss.  He was unable to control the Pittsburg
offense and allowed 19 hits and 8 walks in 8 innings.
