the Cincinnati Reds topped the Pittsburg Pirates in 10 innings by a score of
7 to 3 at Exposition Park.

Both teams had scored 3 runs after nine full innings. Cincinnati won it in
the 10th inning. The highlight belonged to Algie McBride who deflated the

baserunners. Cincinnati had a total of 14 hits for the game.

The win went to Hawley(11-11) who allowed 3 runs in the game. Jesse
Tannehill(13-10) was charged with the loss. He was unable to control the
Cincinnati offense and allowed 12 hits and 4 walks in 9 and 1/3 innings.
