Catcher Malachi Kittridge slammed a homerun and had 3 RBI and Bill Hutchison
completed the game without help from the bullpen as the Chicago Colts bested
the Washington Senators 11 to 2 at West Side Park.

In the 2nd inning Chicago went on top for good plating 2 runs using 3 hits.
After an out was recorded, Bill Dahlen started the attack as he delivered a
one-base hit.  Varney Anderson then threw one that got by the catcher for a
passed ball.  Jimmy Ryan then ripped a single, and an error was also
committed, scoring a single run.  Ace Stewart followed and he doubled scoring
the final run of the inning.  Chicago finished with 18 hits in the victory.

Hutchison(12-13) allowed 2 runs on the game. Anderson(3-7) suffered the loss.
He was touched for 18 hits and 2 walks in 7 and 1/3 innings.
