Walter Johnson pitched a complete game shutout at Sportsmans Park as the
Washington Nationals beat the reeling St. Louis Browns 2 to 0.

Johnson(5-5) was in control of the game from the outset.  He didn't give up
much, just 4 hits and 5 walks in 9 innings.  The pitchers took over after the
3rd inning as neither team was able to score again.  

Bill Dinneen(4-4) was the loser.  He was a hard-luck loser, pitching 9 innings
and not allowing an earned run.
