Bill Duggleby went the distance and Klondike Douglass had 3 base hits and 2
RBI at Washington Park as the Philadelphia Phillies staged a comeback win
over the Brooklyn Superbas by the count of 10 to 7.

Philadelphia had the game winning rally in the top of the 9th inning scoring 4
runners on 5 hits.  The highlight belonged to Douglass who deflated the crowd
as he slapped a one-base hit bringing home two baserunners.  Philadelphia
banged out 16 hits on the afternoon.  

The victory went to Duggleby(9-11) who went the distance allowing 7 runs.
Henry Schmidt(11-9) was tagged with the loss.  He got hit hard, allowing 14
hits and 4 walks in 8 innings.  

'Chief Zimmer was estatic following the game, 'You love stealing one on the
road like this.  We just kept plugging away until we pulled it out!'
