Egyptian Healy had a complete game as the Indianapolis Hoosiers outscored the
Boston Beaneaters in 12 innings 7 to 6.

The game was deadlocked at 5 after nine full innings.  Indianapolis came out
on top in the 12th inning.  Jerry Denny kicked off the action when he
doubled.  Otto Schomberg stepped up to the plate and he banged out a single,
and an error was also committed, driving in a run.  Charley Bassett then
doubled resulting in an exciting win for Indianapolis and a wild post-game
celebration by the home town fans.  This was the kind of game that many fans
love as the lead changed hands 6 times.  

Healy(10-16), allowing 6 runs for the game, picked up the victory. Kid
Madden(13-9) suffered the loss.  He gave up 7 runs and 11 hits in 11 innings.
