TEAM RISP- Senators: 7 for 14 Phillies: 4 for 11

Jake Stahl had 4 hits and 3 RBI as the Washington Senators topped the
Philadelphia-NL Phillies by a score of 12 to 7 at Baker Bowl.

Washington jumped out to the early lead in the first inning as they scored 3
runs on 3 base hits. The big moment was provided by Roger Bresnahan who
silenced Baker Bowl as he smashed a two-run homer. Due to a poorly pitched
ballgame, scoring in 5 different innings was still not enough for
Philadelphia-NL to come away with the victory.

Bob Ewing(6-15) got the win allowing 5 runs in 6 innings. Beany Jacobson
recorded the save, his 5th. Bob Rhoads(3-4) suffered the loss. He allowed
Washington 7 runs in 5 innings of work.
