Reds defeated the Pittsburg Pirates by a score of 7 to 4 at Exposition
Park.
Parrott(4-4) pitched a fine game. He went 9 innings surrendering 8 hits and 5

Red Ehret(16-7) suffered the loss. He gave up 9 hits and 3 walks in 9
innings. 'It felt really nice to get this win,' Parrott said. 'I kind of
dictated the game. It's what I get paid to do. It worked out this time.'
