Kid Gleason had 3 base hits and 3 RBI at American League Park as the
Cincinnati Reds beat the Washington Nationals 11 to 8.

Cozy Dolan(2-0) was reasonably effective in relief and got credit with the
victory.  He allowed 2 hits and 1 walk in 1/3 of an inning.  Both teams
finished the game with 15 hits.  

Jack Townsend earned his 8th save.  Vive Lindaman(7-16) was the loser in
relief.  Cincinnati knocked him around a bit, as he gave up 3 runs in 2
innings.
