Sadie McMahon had a complete game and George Van Haltren had 3 base hits as
the Baltimore Orioles defeated the Cincinnati Kelly's Killers by the score of
5 to 4 at East End Park.

McMahon(22-15) had a steady outing.  He was reached for 13 hits and 7 walks in
9 innings.  Cincinnati threatened in the 9th but Baltimore was able to put
down the rally.  

The loss was charged to Willard Mains(7-9).  He was a hard-luck loser,
pitching 9 innings and not allowing an earned run.  

'It was a tough one to lose' said King Kelly 'We'll get them next time out.'
