Exposition Park.
Foreman(2-1) was simply too much for the St. Louis batters. He gave up just 4
hits and no walks in 9 innings lowering his ERA to 0.97. Pittsburg totaled
11 hits on the afternoon.
Red Ehret(6-15) was the loser. 'I've been working on a few things in my
delivery, and I think I'm hitting a good groove.' Foreman said after the
game. 'I'm ready to start another game tomorrow!'
