Cy Young went the distance and Jesse Burkett had 2 base hits as the Cleveland
Spiders bested the Pittsburg Pirates in 10 innings 5 to 4 at League
Park.

pulled the game out in the 10th inning.  Young doubled.  Burkett came to the
plate and doubled giving Cleveland the victory as 9,318 happy fans celebrated
