Bill Bradley smashed 2 homeruns at League Park as the Cleveland Bronchos beat
the Philadelphia Athletics 8 to 4.

It seemed that Philadelphia pitching was serving up softballs for Bradley to
hit. He ripped a solo home run in the 1st inning, stroked a base-hit in the
3rd inning and electrified the crowd with a Grand Slam home run in the 4th
inning. Neither team managed to score after the 4th inning.

The win was credited to Earl Moore(11-11) who went 8 and 1/3 innings allowing
4 runs. Moore got help from Bill Bernhard who was credited with his 3rd save.
Fred Mitchell(6-4) was charged with the loss.

Bradley was jubilant after the game 'Let me see a box-score' he joked, 'I want
to see how that game looks on paper.'
