Pink Hawley was able to finish what he started and was credited with a
complete game and he went yard and had 2 RBI as the Pittsburg Pirates beat
the Louisville Colonels by a score of 8 to 1.

Hawley(24-12) was in control of the game from the outset.  He surrendered only

afternoon.
