Joe Lake was able to finish what he started and was credited with a complete
game as the St. Louis Browns defeated the Cleveland Naps 7 to 4 at
Sportsman's Park.

St. Louis took the lead for good in the bottom of the 3rd inning scoring 3
runners on 4 hits.  Cleveland out-hit St. Louis 13 to 7, but St. Louis ended
up with more runs.  

The win was credited to Lake(10-11) who went the whole way allowing 4 runs.
Gene Krapp(5-9) was the losing pitcher.  He gave up 7 hits and 6 walks in 8
innings.
