Chicago-NL Cubs 9 to 6 at Wrigley Field.

Pittsburgh took the lead for good in the top of the 7th inning when they came
up with 3 runs on 4 hits.  The critical plate appearance was by Monte Irvin
who helped quiet the crowd when he tripled scoring two baserunners.
Pittsburgh had 16 hits overall, while Chicago-NL had 12.  

Ed Lopat(9-11) allowed 5 runs in 7 innings, and picked up the victory. Vic
Raschi(9-12) was given the loss.  He surrendered 12 hits and 1 walk in 7
innings.
