Ed Sweeney had 2 base hits and Jack Quinn was able to finish what he started
and was credited with a complete game as the New York Highlanders defeated
the ice-cold St. Louis Browns by the score of 6 to 3 at Hilltop
Park.

Quinn(11-11) gave New York a solid outing.  He went 9 innings surrendering 10
hits and 1 walk.  New York totaled 8 hits on the afternoon.  

Marc Hall(0-1) ended up with the loss.  He allowed 7 hits and 4 walks in 5
innings.
