Nixey Callahan tossed a complete game at American League Park where the
Chicago White Sox beat the Washington Senators 12 to 4.

George Davis was a seemingly constant irritant to the hometown fans as he
provided much of the offense for the visitors. He tripled knocking in a run
in the 6th inning and doubled which scored a run in the 7th inning. Chicago
finished with 12 hits in the victory.

Callahan(11-9), allowing 4 runs for the game, picked up the victory. Al
Orth(14-15) was the losing pitcher. He got hit pretty hard, allowing 12 hits
and 4 walks in 9 innings.
