Harry Billiard pitched a complete game and second baseman Frank Laporte had 3
base hits and 2 RBI as the indomitable Indianapolis Hoosiers bested the
Brooklyn club 11 to 3 at Greenlawn Park.

Billiard(7-3) had a strong outing. He didn't give up much, just 5 hits and 4
walks in 9 innings lowering his ERA to 3.40.  Indianapolis totaled 15 hits on
the afternoon.  

Tom Seaton(11-12) suffered the loss.  He allowed a few too many baserunners
giving up 14 hits and 5 walks in 7 innings.
