Second baseman Honus Wagner had 3 base hits and 3 RBI and Bill Magee tossed a
complete game as the Louisville Colonels topped the Boston Beaneaters by a
score of 5 to 3 at South End Grounds.

Louisville brought 2 runs across the plate in the 6th inning.  Louisville had
13 hits for the afternoon.  Magee(5-9) allowed 3 runs on the game. The loss
was charged to Jim Sullivan(5-3).
