Adonis Terry pitched a complete game and Dave Foutz had 2 base hits and 2 RBI
as the Brooklyn Bridegrooms beat the Baltimore Orioles by a score of 9 to
4.

Brooklyn drew first blood jumping out to an early lead in the first inning as
they scored 3 runs on 2 base hits.  The biggest moment was provided by George
Pinkney who deflated the spirits of the home town crowd when he tripled
bringing home two baserunners.  Brooklyn had 13 hits for the afternoon.

Terry(15-13) picked up the complete game victory, allowing 4 runs. Matt
Kilroy(21-18) ended up with the loss.  He was touched for 13 hits and 5 walks
in 9 innings.
