Al Dark had 4 hits and 2 RBI as the Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the Cincinnati
Reds by the score of 4 to 1 at Crosley Field.

Pittsburgh took the lead for good in the top of the 2nd inning scoring a
single run.  Cincinnati went down quietly in the bottom of the 9th.  

The win was credited to Allie Reynolds(14-8) who went 8 innings allowing 1
run. Dutch Leonard was credited with his 4th save.  Ken Raffensberger(10-7)
ended up with the loss.
