the park in the 3rd inning, delivered a one-base hit bringing in two

bats were hot in the 4th inning which saw them plate 13 runs on 8 hits and
the 8th inning which saw them score 4 runs on 4 hits. Chicago had many
opportunities throughout the game and scored in 6 separate innings.

Corcoran(39-6) lasted until the end allowing 2 runs for the win. Tim
Keefe(5-3) was charged with the loss. He was knocked around by Chicago,
allowing 16 hits and 2 walks in 8 innings.

'Corcoran just dominated us' losing pitcher Keefe said. 'Hopefully we can get
to him the next time around'
