Lady Baldwin had 3 base hits and 3 RBI and Stump Weidman allowed Bill Watkins
to rest his bullpen, tossing a complete game at Union Park as the Detroit
Wolverines beat the St. Louis Maroons 16 to 8.

Weidman(15-17) had a steady outing.  He went 9 innings allowing 14 hits and no
walks.  Detroit kept the scorekeepers busy in the 2nd inning scoring 4 runs
and the 7th inning when they had 7 runs on 6 hits.  Detroit rapped out 17
hits for the afternoon.  

Henry Boyle(14-21) took the loss.  He allowed 17 hits and 5 walks in 9
innings.
