Ted Breitenstein completed the game without help from the bullpen as the St.
Louis Browns beat the Baltimore Orioles by a score of 8 to
5.

Breitenstein(17-22) pitched a solid game.  He went 9 innings and surrended up
12 hits and 3 walks.  St. Louis won despite being out-hit by Baltimore 12
hits to 8.  

Sadie McMahon(6-2) was hit with the loss.  The win by St. Louis was very good
news as they had been 2-8 of late.  Now their seasonal record improves to
41-68.  With an impressive recent record of 8-2, Baltimore hopes this will
only be an isolated loss - followed by another nice run.
