Center fielder Clyde Engle had 5 hits and 2 RBI and Gene Krapp tossed a
complete game at Federal Lg Ball Park as the Buffalo Blues beat the league
door-mat Baltimore Terrapins by the count of 10 to 1.

The home town fans were very appreciative of the fine hitting performance
provided by Engle.  He tripled scoring a run in the 2nd inning, tripled
resulting in a run in the 3rd inning, ripped a single in the 4th inning,
stroked a one-base hit in the 6th inning and lashed a base-hit in the 8th
inning.  After the 4th inning, neither team was able to score.  

Krapp(8-15) allowed 1 run on the game. George Suggs(9-13) was hit with the
loss.  Buffalo scored big getting 10 runs off him in 8 innings.  

With this win, Buffalo has a 54-79 record.  They have been 6-4 lately.
Baltimore has a record of 48-78, worst in the league after the loss.
