Gene Krapp allowed George Stovall to rest his bullpen, tossing a complete game
at League Park where the Cleveland Naps beat the awful St. Louis Browns by
the score of 9 to 4.

Cleveland came up with 4 runs in the 2nd inning.  That was all the offense
they were to need.  Cleveland dominated offensively as they scored in 6
different innings.  

The winning pitcher was Krapp(7-11) who allowed 4 runs for the game. George
Curry(0-3) was tagged with the loss.  He couldn't find the strike zone and
allowed 14 walks in 5 innings.
