Baltimore Orioles crushed the reeling Louisville Colonels 12 to
1.

Louisville was unable to claim the lead after Baltimore went ahead in the
bottom of the 2nd inning scoring 3 runners on 3 hits. That early run support
was all that McMahon(11-7) required. Baltimore managed 12 hits in their
victory.

Chick Fraser(14-17) was the loser. He allowed a few too many baserunners
giving up 12 hits and 5 walks in 8 innings.
