Sherry Magee had 3 base hits and 3 RBI and Ed Reulbach completed the game
without help from the bullpen at Huntington Ave Grnds as the St. Louis-AL
Browns beat the Boston-AL Red Sox 12 to 4.

St. Louis-AL took the lead for good in the top of the 2nd inning plating 2
runs using 3 hits.  Stuffy McInnis led off and started the rally when he
slapped a one-base hit.  Jack Lapp was next and he doubled.  Magee then
doubled bringing in two baserunners.  St. Louis-AL rapped out 16 hits for the
afternoon.  

The victory was credited to Reulbach(10-11) who went the distance, allowing 4
runs. Charley Hall(3-8) suffered the loss.  He was touched for 16 hits and 6
walks in 9 innings.
