Second baseman Germany Schaefer had 4 hits and scored 3 times at Washington
Park as the Brooklyn Dodgers beat the St. Louis-AL Browns by the count of 10
to 5.

Tom Seaton(8-9) was credited with the win in a less than impressive
performance.  He gave up 5 runs, 10 hits and 2 walks in 6 innings.  Brooklyn
finished with 14 hits in the victory.  

Seaton got help from Doc White who was credited with his 15th save.  Rube
Marquard(17-12) was the losing pitcher.  He was touched for 11 hits and 2
