Harry Harper pitched a complete game as the blistering-hot Washington
Nationals beat the New York Yankees by a score of 3 to 1.

Harper(6-0) gave Washington a solid outing.  He was stingy on the mound,
allowing just 6 hits and 5 walks in 9 innings seeing his ERA drop from 2.30
to 1.98.  The game was a scoreless duel until the 7th inning.  

Boardwalk Brown(2-7) was hit with the loss.  For Washington, the victory kept
their winning streak on the march.
