Second baseman John Farrell had 6 hits and scored 4 times and Clarence Currie
completed the game without help from the bullpen at South End Grounds where
the St. Louis Cardinals beat the Boston Beaneaters 12 to 9.

St. Louis won the game with a rally in the 8th inning when they came up with 5
