Dots Miller had 4 hits and 4 RBI and Orval Overall whiffed 12 batters as the
New York-NL Giants man-handled the Brooklyn Dodgers - the final score was 15
to 0.

Miller was a seemingly constant irritant to the hometown fans as he provided
much of the offense for the visitors. He banged out a single scoring two
baserunners in the 1st inning, doubled bringing in a run in the 2nd inning,
doubled which plated a run in the 4th inning and ripped a one-base hit in the
5th inning. New York-NL bats were hot in the 4th inning with 4 runs on 4
hits and the 5th inning when they had 6 runs on 6 hits. New York-NL managed
25 hits in their victory.

For Overall(14-9) it was his 2nd shutout this year. Harry McIntire(12-5) was
tagged with the loss. 'Overall took our guys to school' Mike Etters said.
'Too bad he doesn't pitch for us - it would make my job a whole lot easier!'
