Bert Cunningham had a complete game at West Side Park as the Louisville
Colonels beat the Chicago Colts 4 to 3.

The game was won by Louisville with a run in the top of the 9th inning.  After
an out was recorded, Tom McCreery drew a walk.  Danny Friend then picked
McCreery off first base.  Harry Spies then smashed a bases-empty 'big-fly'.
Despite losing, Chicago out-hit Louisville 9 to 5.  

Cunningham(11-13) picked up the complete game victory, allowing 3 runs.
Friend(0-2) was given the loss.  He gave up just 4 runs and 5 hits in 9
innings.
