TEAM RISP- Spiders: 13 for 28 Senators: 3 for 8

Chick Fraser was able to finish what he started and was credited with a
complete game and Lou Criger had 5 hits and 4 RBI at Boundary Field as the
Cleveland Spiders embarrassed the woeful Washington Senators by the lopsided
score of 21 to 1.

Criger had a big day with his bat. He doubled which plated a run in the 2nd
inning, doubled bringing home two baserunners in the 2nd inning, hit a single
in the 4th inning, stroked a one-base hit in the 5th inning and doubled
knocking in a run in the 8th inning. Cleveland provided plenty of action in
the 2nd inning which saw them score 8 runs on 5 hits and the 4th inning with
5 runs on 6 hits. Cleveland totaled 25 hits on the afternoon.

The victory was credited to Fraser(11-16) who went the distance, allowing 1
run. Jack Sutthoff(0-1) took the loss. He allowed a few too many baserunners
giving up 23 hits and 7 walks in 7 and 2/3 innings.
