Right fielder Biff Sheehan had 4 hits as the St. Louis Browns outscored the
Louisville Colonels in 11 innings 10 to 9.

The game was deadlocked at 9 after nine full innings.  St. Louis won the game
in the 11th inning.  Duff Cooley singled.  After an out was recorded, Roger
Connor came to bat and stroked a base-hit scoring the run.  St. Louis totaled
14 hits on the afternoon.  

The victory went to Red Ehret(8-19) who went 3 and 2/3 innings, allowing no
runs. Tom McCreery(1-3) absorbed the loss.  He was hit hard and gave up 14
hits and 5 walks in 10 and 2/3 innings.
