grand slam as the Cleveland Indians bested the Chicago-NL Cubs 9 to 0 at
Municipal Stadium.
House provided much of the offense. He doubled in the 2nd inning and
electrified the crowd with a Grand Slam home run in the 3rd inning.
Cleveland finished with 13 hits in the victory.
