George Proeser tossed a complete game as the Cleveland Blues defeated the St.
Louis Browns by a score of 6 to 3 at Sportsman's Park.

Proeser(3-0) pitched a fine game.  He went 9 innings and surrended up 8 hits
and 2 walks and gave up 2 homeruns.  St. Louis threatened in the 9th but
Cleveland was able to put down the rally.  

Silver King(41-16) suffered the loss.  He surrendered 6 runs and 10 hits in 9
innings.
