York Giants by a score of 5 to 2 at Polo Grounds.

St. Louis scored 3 runs in the decisive top of the 5th inning.  St. Louis
ended up with 10 hits for the game while New York had 7.  

Art Fromme(1-2) picked up the victory, allowing 2 runs in 8 innings. Fred
Beebe preserved the game for Fromme, recording his his 6th save.  The loss
was charged to Hooks Wiltse(17-11).
