Gus Krock pitched a complete game at Athletic Park as the Washington Nationals
belted the Indianapolis Hoosiers by the count of 11 to 1.

Walt Wilmot enjoyed a fine day at the plate.  He doubled in the 1st inning,
doubled plating all three baserunners in the 6th inning and doubled bringing
in two baserunners in the 9th inning.  Washington banged out 12 hits on the
afternoon.  

The winning pitcher was Krock(5-15) who allowed 1 run for the game. Jack
Fee(2-4) was the losing pitcher.  He allowed 12 hits and 10 walks in 9
innings.
