Kansas City Cowboys 2 to 1 at Swampoodle Grounds.
O'Day(3-2) dominated Kansas City hitters. He didn't allow much, just 3 hits
and 4 walks in 9 innings. O'Day mowed down 13 Kansas City batters lowering
his ERA from 3.09 to 2.66. Both teams ended up with 3 hits on the afternoon.
Silver King(0-4) was tagged with the loss. He gave up just 2 runs and 3 hits
in 8 innings. Dave Rowe was upset after the game. 'I don't like to complain
