Below is a list of league files containing player cards with combined MLB stats (those who played in both leagues and did not have a combined "MLB" card). SOM has stated they will not create combo cards for years prior to the start of inter-league play (1997). Although SOM does have interleague (combo) cards for 1995 and 1996. See below.
See Methodology used to create the MLB card. The methodology uses actual card data and chances.
All league files have the format of yyyyCC. Example 1973CC. Before you restore a league file, be sure you do not already have a CC 2-character abbreviation for the year in question.
Corrections (league files updated per date): 1988: Barry Jones - L:6-5 changed to a split (03/20/18) 1975: Ray Sadecki - removed extra FLY(LF)X vs R (03/20/18) 1973: Rico Carty - moved injury off ballpark single (03/20/18) 1967: Ken Boyer - added injury vs R (03/20/18) 1967: Bob Johnson - changed R:3-6 from $SINGLE* to SINGLE* (03/20/18) 1966: Gene Freese - moved injury off ballpark single (03/20/18)
The following seasons have been reviewed and have no players in multiple leagues: 1875-1881, 1892-1900. That means that at least one player has played in multiple leagues, in the same season, since 1901.
Special thanks to the following for helping me create league files: Jack Spellman for 1987-1992; Daryl Chaffins for 1985. Eddie Van Weele for 1983.
This is a backup of the 1996 Interleague Players from the computer game. 58 players who played in both leagues
