Strat-O-Matic Baseball - Active Roster Positions

This utility will display list of active (major) players at each position, plus minors (in italic).
To display fielding ratings for each player, check "Display fielding rating under each player".
You use computer game Team Roster report, normally located in the Print folder.
Note: If collecting minors, you must have "Save formatting to prt files" checked in Options -> Miscellaneous.
You can process one team or an entire league. Save file as follows:
For one team: Roster: Team -> Display Reports -> Report: Roster Report, Team:(choose team), then File -> Print to File...
For entire league: Roster: Team -> Display Reports -> Report: Roster Report, Team: Each Team, then File -> Print to File...

Active Roster Positions

Roster File:

Display: Majors Minors Both

Flag active positions with less than players(s)

Use OF mobility and flag active total OF positions with less than players(s)

Display fielding rating under each player

Per rules, When assigning a player who is rated at two outfield positions to play the third (for which he is not rated), base the new rating on the first outfield position listed on his card. For example, a player is LF-1, CF-3. If you needed to move him to RF, use LF as the basis, which would make him a RF-2.

Since the roster file does not identify the first outfield position listed on the card, this utility may not be able to determine some mobility OF ratings. If that's the case, an '_' will used for the rating.

You could always add the player's mobility fielding rating, within the game, or update the roster file.
